By using Coachee, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to access football-betting information where you live.

Coachee does not create a bookmaker account, accept stakes, hold funds, or place bets. You remain responsible for your decisions and for complying with local law and bookmaker rules.

Coachee analyzes one supported pre-match football ticket submitted as complete text or one or more photos. It creates a saved report covering estimated chance, price quality, decisive picks, related outcomes, context, and cited evidence. Scenario Explorer changes the saved calculation only; it does not run a new analysis.

You submit a ticket and an email address; Coachee analyzes it and emails you a link to your report when it is ready. Failed, unreadable, or unsupported tickets are not emailed.

Football is unpredictable. Every chance, value range, confidence label, scenario, and conclusion is an estimate based on the ticket and evidence available at analysis time. Evidence can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or later superseded.

Coachee does not recommend a bet, guarantee an outcome, or tell you to place, change, cash out, or cancel a ticket. Do not treat a report as financial, legal, or professional advice. Gamble responsibly and never stake more than you can afford to lose.

You keep ownership of ticket text and images you submit. You grant the Coachee operator and its processors a limited licence to host, copy, transform, analyze, and retain them only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service and comply with law.

You must have the right to submit the material. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s personal data without authority, payment credentials, or anything unrelated to a football ticket.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass technical or rate limits, probe private reports, automate abusive submissions, scrape protected content, introduce malicious code, misrepresent a report, infringe rights, or use Coachee for unlawful activity.

We may block a request, restrict a device, remove a public share, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.

Private reports are associated with an anonymous signed device, not an account. Keep the device and private report URL secure. A public link is created only when you choose to share and produces a separate read-only snapshot.

Public snapshots exclude original uploads and private identifiers and hide stake by default. Anyone with the public link may view or redistribute it. Do not publish a report if its remaining content would reveal information you do not want shared.

Reports can use information supplied by OpenAI, football-data providers, public web sources, and other third parties. Optional bookmaker comparisons are displayed only when configured real matches exist. We do not control third-party availability, accuracy, terms, or destinations.

Some bookmaker links may be affiliate links. Commission never changes the analysis, the order of results, or the price you see through Coachee. Any transaction or account relationship is solely between you and the third party.

The Coachee name, logo, software, design, report format, and original service content belong to the product operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Coachee intellectual property.

We may change supported competitions, markets, models, sources, limits, or features; pause the service for maintenance or security; or discontinue it. We aim to preserve saved reports but do not guarantee permanent availability of a private or public URL.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the Coachee operator and its suppliers are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions based on a report or third-party content. Liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only as the law permits.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Coachee product operator, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you another forum.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Continued use after an effective update means the revised Terms apply where legally permitted. Questions and notices can be sent through the Contact page.
